The candidate for this position is responsible for supporting SAP BI/BW Business Objects (BO) for Supermicro global locations: US, TW and NL.

Prior experience in SAP ECC MM/PP/QM module is desirable. These responsibilities will include (but not limited to) gathering and defining SAP requirement, development of reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues, documenting test procedures, developing use guides and training procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Prepare Functional and Technical specifications to satisfy business requirements for SAP reports, dashboards and analytic reports

* Resolve incidents on timely basis to ensure smooth procurement and production processes; utilizing skills in troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and following up SAP incidents.

*Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (CRM,SD,MM,PP, FI/CO) to ensure proper integration of business processes

*Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, and business end-users

*Work with BASIS team and Business Owners to define SAP Authorizationand resolve issue
*Ability to analyze, design, develop, and test custom programs and interfaces for SAP BI/BW using the following SAP Business Objects (BO) tools: SAP/BO Extractor, BO DS (Data Service), IDT/universe, Web Intelligent (WebI), Lumira Discovery & Designer
*Develop test plans and training documents * Perform related duties as assigned.
